Foundations of Brazilian Zouk
If you are new to Brazilian Zouk, or just want to clean and improve your dance, this is the course for you!
During this course, you will learn all the fundamental stepping patterns of Brazilian Zouk.
The course is for dancers of all levels and is both for leaders & followers.
It is a partner course – we will show the exercises solo as well, but the focus is on partnerwork.
The course is structured as a combination of theory and practice. The course is divided into lessons, which in turn are divided into topics. Each topic covers one principle, with a detailed description, video explanation and exercises and drills to understand and practice the movement in your own body.
